Our favorite seafood place. Menu is handwritten as it is updated daily to accommodate the freshest ingredients. Restaurant is incredibly small, but very cozy/warm/romantic so make sure to get a reservation.

This is our favorite restaurant in Philly. It can be hard to get a table so make a reservation ASAP. Another alternative is to arrive at 4:30pm (restaurant opens at 5pm) to reserve a walk-in seat(s) at the bar with the host/ess.

Everyone in philly has their fave cheesesteak place, and this is one of ours. If you love chicken-cheesesteaks in particular, then this is hands-down the best place. The grape/lemonade fusion drink is also a must. It's also not uncommon to run into Philly celebs (ie. QuestLove and Allen Iverson) if you dine at the counter.

Shopping

The BEST jewelry and accessory shop, where everything is either hand-made or hand-picked by the owner Elaine Tse, hence the name. The staff are amazing and have Elaine's taste and eye as well. This place suits every price range.

Getting Around

Catching an uber/taxi from 30th street station to our location may be the same cost as catching another train. If you do decide to catch the "Airport Line" regional-rail train, you would get off at the first stop, "University City" (going in the direction towards the phila international airport.)

This is a speakeasy style of bar, and therefore it can be very exclusive (they do not allow sneakers). There is usually a line for entry, however, the drinks are fantastic. Cash only, though they can direct you to an ATM across the street. This is a good spot after a grabbing dinner in Chinatown.
