KC is known for BBQ and this is the closest good bbq joint. This is also located in Zona Rosa, a shopping complex north of us on I-29 at Barry Road. Order the crispy meat or burnt ends and try their beans and cheesy corn.

Located in the Briarcliff shopping area, this special-occasion Italian dining in posh surroundings with a separate terrace & fireside lounge. A great happy hour place with musicians playing often in the bar. I prefer the bar to the restaurant, it has more ambiance. The patio is amazing when the weather is nice.

You will need a reservation and prepare for a 2-3 hour experience. Definitely get the Farmer's Platter and the ribeye. The ribeye is unlike any ribeye you will have ever had! In the late Spring, Summer, and early Fall- they have a casual patio that has a different menu, is equally good, and is first-come first-served.

Unique venue with a wood-clad, fast casual chicken-centric joint with a patio, rooftop bar & pickleball courts. They have all sorts of games like life-size Jenga and Battleship, washers, corn hole, etc. We take our kids there and they always have a great time. If you want to play pickleball, reserve a court on their website. When the weather is nice, this place is packed! Visit all the breweries in Northtown while you are there.
