Michelin Bib Gourmand now! So i strongly recommend reservation :/ A café, bakery and restaurant in a converted fabric factory. The dining room has a stark, industrial feel with exposed bricks, pipework and girders, and the open kitchen adds to the buzz. Old family favourites are given modern makeovers; much use is made of traditional techniques like marinating and fermenting.
