Plonk has food and appetizers that are very good but the main reason to go is for their amazing cocktails. The best seating is on an upper deck if you're lucky enough to get a seat. They serve every day and later than most Missoula establishments.

This local distillery has creative and tasty cocktails and a great environment to hang out. Due to strange Montana liquor laws and since they make their own liquor they have to limit customers to 2 drinks and close at 8pm.
