OMG... If you're looking for a quick, yet immensely satisfying meal, check this place out. I suggest the Mixed Katsudon or the Sakedon. One note, between 7-9p it's packed. Be prepared to wait.

My favorite place to get a dose of caffeine, read a book, people watch, and experience the diversity of Adams Morgan. I suggest the Frozen Chaipaccino. Oh, did I mention there's also a full bar.

Drinks & Nightlife

DIVE BAR. This spot, open since the 1960's, will serve liquor unlike any other in DC, in squeeze bottles. Bring some cash, and be ready to have a good, drunk time. Their open Thursday-Saturday from 5 until they decide to go home. Must be nice.

Don't be fooled. This spot doesn't grill anything. However, as another dive bar in DC, the most expensive drink on the menu is $9. You'll learn that's cheap. Cash only.

During warm weather seasons, there's a reoccurring event every Sunday called the Drummer Circle. Various residents participate every week in playing various percussion instruments, dancing, and chilling. It's definitely a great place to people watch.

M Street and Wisconsin Avenue is the heart of this historic retail district, and home to some great restaurants and shops. A few of my favorites in the area are Fishers, Farmers, and Bakers, Good Stuff Eatery, Moleskine, and Baked and Wired.
