Located a bit further out of town, this restaurant is up the creek from the house. Very family friendly with a sand, "beach" area. Also check their site for live bands. Their food is pretty standard bar fare, but the ambiance is fun.

Our FAVORITE local brewery. Located in a funky warehouse space. They always have a food truck on site...for some events there are multiple. This is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the house.
