Get some air and take a walk across a repurposed railway bridge or just check out the bridge's nightly light show from the park. If the exercise itself isn't enticing enough, there's a frozen yogurt place just at the other end (and a bar too).

Great biking and walking paths as well as easy hiking trails and a dog park (Angus' favorite, in fact). Take a picnic and maybe a stroll through the woods. Just don't forget your sunscreen and bug spray (ticks have been particularly bad this summer).
