Bike and Brews: head to Sunriver to enjoy the paved bike/pedestrian only paths that wind there way around Sunriver. Stop in the village at Sunriver Brewery for some great local beers and a solid menu. If needed, bike rentals are available at 4 season Sports in Sunriver.

Beautiful setting. A Central Oregon must. Watch climbers tackle classic routes like Monkey Face, or hike to fantastic views up the trail appropriately name Misery Ridge (strenuous,but worth it!). On your way home, stop in Redmond at Wild RIDE Brewery in downtown.

Beautiful setting. A Central Oregon must. Watch climbers tackle classic routes like Monkey Face, or hike to fantastic views up the trail appropriately name Misery Ridge (strenuous,but worth it!). On your way home, stop in Redmond at Wild RIDE Brewery in downtown.
Brewery Hop: Bend is beer. With over 25 breweries in town, there is something for everyone. My local favorites are 10 Barrel Westside, Crux Brewery, Silver moon Brewing, Immersion Brewing. All are on the west side of Bend, making for quick commutes. Consider designated driver or Uber....the beers are that good.

Located just a few miles from the property, this park somehow continues to fly under the radar. The big Deschutes flows through the park, offering some great floating opportunities. Visit the "Big Pine" (until recently was the largest living Ponderosa pine in the world). Three trails totaling roughly 12 miles are great for mountain biking and hiking. Pack a picnic and make a day out of it!

15800 State Recreation RdLocated just a few miles from the property, this park somehow continues to fly under the radar. The big Deschutes flows through the park, offering some great floating opportunities. Visit the "Big Pine" (until recently was the largest living Ponderosa pine in the world). Three trails totaling roughly 12 miles are great for mountain biking and hiking. Pack a picnic and make a day out of it!

Located about 10 minutes from the property, a short walk from the parking lot leads to some beautiful views of the falls. The adventurous can continue hiking downriver from the falls along the Deschutes River trail. Some great local merchants, and plenty of good food. If you like the food truck scene, try 'The Lot' off Galveston on the Westside. A cool local neighborhood hang out that offers beers and food trucks with covered and open seating. Pretty chill place.
