Tiramisu(RM 18.50)😋 Awesome big, chill and sweet rectangular slice that truly take your breath away with every mouthful of it. Layers of well-soaked savoiardi and creamy mascarpone cheese blend with JWC coffee and cocoa powder. The best I had for now.🤗 You can really taste the strong alcohol content within the lady finger. The first mouthful was damn solid and the booziness hits hard. Might get tipsy after having the whole piece.😛 The cheese in it wasn't jelak at all and helps create texture. Must try!

The FOUNDERS Cafe

The folks behind People & Places, one of the most iconic JB cafes, have opened their latest venture, The FOUNDERS Cafe, near Taman Mount Austin. Dotted with lush greenery and artsy feature walls, this Melbourne-inspired, industrial-themed space is already drawing large crowds. The Quesadilla (RM27), which I’ve had twice at People & Places, is a must-order, especially if you haven’t tried the OG version. Other crowd favourites include the Roasted Peanut Butter (from RM8.90) on a hand-rolled bagel, and Signature Superfood Bowls (from RM22.90). Come dinnertime (6pm onwards), the cafe transforms into a vibey, neon-lit joint serving hand-stretched pizzas and oysters.
