One of Texas’ most visited historic sites, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza chronicles the life, death and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. The Museum is in the former Texas School Book Depository building, where evidence of a sniper was found after the assassination of President Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Much of the exhibit space looks as it appeared in the 1960s.

The Fort Worth Zoo doesn't get the attention it deserves from visitors, but locals believe it to be a better quality than the Dallas Zoo. FW received $100MM grant in 2017 to upgrade and expand and they've done a great job! Recommend you take the family to FW Zoo!

This neighborhood, with its rich music and entertainment history, is definitely a place to visit if you are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. There are a number of really good restaurants and bars, the latter offers opportunities to experience some great live music. There is a nice counter culture feel to this entire area. Art and shop exploring by day, bars and nightlife by night.

Lower Greenville is known for Greenville Avenue, a lively dining and nightlife strip packed with trendy bistros, tequila bars and convivial patios hung with festive lights. A neon-lit marquee beckons indie and alt-country fans to the Granada Theater, a buzzy live music venue in a 1940s art deco building.

Awesome atmosphere- both indoors and out. Excellent work space or hang with friends. Next door to the Coppell Farmers Market- make sure you visit on a Saturday morning to take advantage of both!

My favorite rooftop bar! Take 1-2 hours before happy hour and dinner to stroll through the shops of Lower Greenville, then end here for some great drinks, views and food in the open air.

My favorite patio bar! Warning: Wait times on weekends can extend up to 2-3 hours. TRICK: stop by, add your name to the list 2 hours before- they will add you to an app-tracking list. Head back to the patio when you see your name about 20 mins from the top to claim your seats. Excellent BBQ but it goes fast (if you're going to order some food with your drinks). Friends believe they have one of the best burgers in town.
