A short stroll from the house, it's where we buy our fresh locally caught fish, and meat from the proper butchers next door. There's a coffee and seafood shack at the other end of the sheds with tables and chairs on the beach.

A great day out to historic Lewes. A castle, a museum, an unspoilt high street, and a first class brewery and shop courtesy of Harvey's. Every pub sells the ales, and several are brewery owned with a great selection.
