The Turtle Club is a longtime area favorite, with a bar and restaurant (great salad bar, awesome prime rib nightly). They've recently added a deck for enjoying a beverage on a sunny summer day.

This is a long drive but I recommend it because the scenery on the drive is outstanding. It's a ways outside of Fairbanks, but the atmosphere and history of the place are a real can't-miss. They decorate very heavily for Christmas and it is a magical trip. Make sure it is open before you head out!
