Sightseeing
Such a beautiful hike that will take you to a lake at the base of Broken Top. About a 4-5 hr round trip. Waterfalls line the trail and not too strenuous but can be very buggy. Plan ahead. New permit system that requires reservations. Well worth the trouble.

Lava River Cave

I recommend taking the Sun Lava trail there, a 5.3 mile paved bike path from Sunriver (about 6 miles from the condo, 12 round trip) if you are up for a longer ride.
Walk along a mile of paved path through the volcanic rock or hike up lava butte for some beautiful views (about a mile to the summit).

One of my favorite cascade lakes. Clear, nice temperature, great areas for swimming. Sea-doos, kayaks, and paddle board rentals are available at the lodge as well.
