ITALIAN. PIZZA! Some say definitely the best real Italian pizza in London! Great place, nice people, caring service and really good prices. The place is always busy but you will get a seat, plus, if you have to wait for a seat you can walk 30 seconds to The Crooked Well for a beer or glass of wine while you wait (they will give you a buzz when your table is ready!)
Also, they do an awesome tiramisù! Better than some you can find in Italy (says my Italian friend!)

GOING OUT. This place straddles a couple of railway arches in Peckham and is really cool. Excellent place to get some drinks and food, especially in the summer. Signature drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. Pizza and gabagools pressed sandwiches cater for everyone and are packed with flavour!
