Muiden is a nice place to cycle through. Have a drink at the lock and watch the ships pass by, if the weather allows it. If not, there's always still the Muiderslot, an interesting castle that you can visit.
You can also take the boat to Pampus, an artificial island holding a sea fort built in the late 19th century & now open to summer visitors.
