Museum Kura Hulanda is situated right at the city-center harbor of Willemstad, where Dutch entrepreneurs once traded and transshipped enslaved Africans along with other 'commercial goods'. This museum impressively exhibits the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade in its totality, from slave capture in Africa through the Middle Passage and the relocation in the New World. Good to know: within walking distance from Saint Tropez Hotel

Airy, rustic market with picnic tables & counters with open kitchens serving classic Curaçaoan eats. Half a dozen independently owned food stalls with open kitchens are laid out on one side and the rest of the large covered area is occupied by long counters. The food served is authentically Caribbean and doesn't get much better than this. As if you needed more convincing, the generous servings of local delicacies are incredibly affordable. Try a local dish, within walking distance from Saint Tropez Hotel.

Willemstad is the capital city of Curaçao. It’s known for its old town center, with pastel-colored colonial architecture. The floating Queen Emma Bridge connects the Punda and Otrobanda neighborhoods across Sint Anna Bay. By the water is the 19th-century Rif Fort, now housing a shopping center. City restaurants serve dishes influenced by the island's mostly Dutch and Afro-Caribbean cuisines Willemstad is just a 15 minutes walk from Saint Tropez Hotel.
