Once you arrive in their parking lot, you ride a bus deeper into the woods and arrive at a raised wood walkway where you observe the live bears below you and in the trees around you!! This happens at dusk each evening! (Bring your bug spray!)

Lots of touristy things to see and do in Ely, Minnesota. Its about a 50 minute drive from the cottage. There are fun shops, places to eat, and wonderful hiking trails in the area.
