My favorite neighborhood to bike to and hang out on a day off! Donuts at Pips or breakfast at Little Griddle, followed by thrifting at Found on Fremont, beers on the patio of Hi-top tavern, throw horse shoes at Wilshire Park (horseshoes in the shed for you to borrow)… lots of possibilities!

I go to see great live music, usually a blues or jazz band is playing on the weekends with a lively and diverse group of people on the dance floor. I’m always delighted at the gusto of the 70+ year olds still cutting a rug! The Prime Rib French Dip is my favorite food here.
