The Blue Groove is the place to go for everything, from breakfasts, lunches and dinnersto coffee, cakes and cocktails. Its owned and run by local bays of Croyde and them and their staff are so friendly and welcoming. I cant recommend this place enough, especially their Green reviver smoothie the day after one to many of their Gin cocktails.. They have great indoor space but plenty of outdoor areas including a play park out the back for little ones.

Traditional Cream Tea anyone? Look no further, this is the place to come and get it. Locally sourced, home made and beautifully served with a smile. What more could you want. Oh yeah, its just 3 minutes down the road :)

This is a great little place for many reasons, its in a great location for dropping in for a coffee or a pint before and after a stroll round baggy point, theres a National trust car park close by for ease and its got a cracking view from the deck. They serve all sorts throughout the day and have pop up evenings from time to time. The cafe is linked to the surf school and hire thats also on the premises, with some super friendly and helpful instructors.

Pubs

The Manor (our local) is run by Helen, Lindsay and Sean, it has a great beer garden for those sunny afternoon beers, yummy pub food and the occasional live music nights. They also show a lot of live football in certain parts of the pub. Its also the closet pub to our properties, so you wont have far to fall :)

Sightseeing

Baggy Point is one the best and most beautiful walks in the area. There are a few different ways to go around depending on what sort of walk you want, you can go all the way around to Putsborough, Georgeham and Woolacombe, or just head up to the look out and back for a quick stomp.we have a little walking map in our lets to help you find your way. There is a national trust car park which is handy to know for the beach as well. There is also a fab little Cafe and Surf School just after the cark park which i highly recommend. Just a heads up, you are not allowed bikes on baggy point, incase you planned to cycle around, sorry.

Beaches

Putsborough Beach is my favourite beach in the area, its got everything, miles of beautifully clean sands, clear seas, a great café with really friendly staff and tasty food, award winning toilets, plenty of parking, and most of it is dog friendly. Plenty of rock pools for children and of course when the waves are right the surf is fun. Its our favourite place when theres no surf at all and take out the stand up paddle board and explore the rocks around Baggy Point.

Croyde Beach is famous for its beauty, its a fantastic place to learn to surf, with plenty of surf schools around theres no excuse not to give it a try. But be careful Croyde also has a wicked rip which can be dangerous if you are new to surfing and dont know how to handle the sea. Croyde is a life guarded beach but its always wise to learn to surf with an instructor at least for your first couple of sessions. Croyde Beach is a very popular beach for families as its owned by the holiday park close by. And as with all our beaches we ask all our guests, to leave nothing behind but your foot prints. Thank you 🌍
