A picturesque drive around the Canyon rim. You will not want to miss touring this eleven-mile scenic drive located on the western side of the canyon along AL Highway 176 (off AL Highway 35). If you are short on time, take the quick route (30 minutes or so). Begin on AL Hwy 35 and end just past Canyon View Overlook (turn sharp right on County Road 255). Follow County Road 255 (stay right) to the stop sign (by the Church), turn right onto Adamsburg Road and follow back to AL Hwy 35. The scenic drive begins with Little River Falls Boardwalk Overlook and ends at Eberhart Point Overlook. The Scenic drive allows the visitor to view the splendor of the canyon from a series of overlooks. Each overlook has a pull-off to park and enjoy the scenery; very little walking is required. Touring the scenic drive and the overlooks is free of charge. Overlooks are open during daylight hours only. The road is narrow and has many curves and turns. Obey the speed limit and watch out for other vehicles, bicycle riders, and wildlife in the road.

Also known as Martha Falls, the hippie hole is a local favorite swimming hole. The hike starts at the back of Little River falls parking lot, there you will find the trail head that starts your journey, the path is clearly marked, before you reach the Hippie hole you will have several flights of stairs to make it down to the river bed. Not recommended for young children The hike on the path can become narrow, ledges, roots exposed, this is not a causal walk in the woods, so bring extra water-especially on hot days. Warning-Never swim along-just know several rescues happen here every year due to under estimating the power of the river. Even good swimmers can drown. Follow & respect all park warnings and rules, it might save your life.
