City/town information

Copper Mountain is composed of three Village areas. You are staying in Center Village, the heart of it all. Center Village has summer activities, Rocky Mountain Roller Coaster (open year-round) and chairlift access to American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. Bars, shops and restaurant options are best in Center Village and live music can be found most weekend afternoons. West Lake pond is used for ice skating in the winter, typically open Christmas through early March (weather dependent); ice skate rentals available inside City Pop shop. East Village provides base access to the Super Bee lift. All ski terrain accessed from East Village is difficult and not made for beginners. East Village is also home to the tubing hill and critter land play area, typically open Christmas-time through March (weather dependent). West Village provides base access to the Woodward Express and Kokomo lifts. Ski terrain accessed from West Village is mostly beginner level, plus much of the terrain park (jumps and rails) ski areas are accessed from Woodward Express. Most group ski lessons start in West Village. There is day-cafeteria food in West Village, but no bars or restaurants.
