Nice cafe for lunch is 105 Cafe. Ashtons has a good carvery lunch. And an Applegreen which is probably the nearest gas/petrol station

Where you will find the LUAS stop to go into Dublin City. Also a good Saba Thai takeaway and excellent drive through coffee at "Thru the green". There is a nice set of swings and slide for children at a playground which is a 4 minute drive or a 20 minute walk from the flat. There are also riverside walks along the Dodder river near here
