What to pack
Prepare for Cold, wind and Sun.
Goulburn is known for its cold but don't let this deceive you.
The still icy mornings make for the most spectacular sunny days.
I like to call it big sky country.
Due to Goulburn's location on the Plains we can get buffeted by wind from the west being prepared for this will ensure you are comfortable and can continue to explore.
Getting around
City centre is easy to walk
Auburn Street is the main street going straight through town.
Most retail outlets shops and Cafe's run along here or are 1 block back.
Traveling with kids
Hospital's, Doctor and Chemist
Goulburn base hospital offers a 24 Hour ER room and is located at 130 Goldsmith St the hospital has no designated parking garage so park in the street.
Clinton St Medical Centre and Goulburn Doctor's surgery are both bulk billing practices that often have an available appointment.
