A waterfall in the high desert! High Rolls is a 15 minute drive from Cloudcroft. There is a lot of history on this trail. During hot months, plan accordingly- going early and taking plenty of water.

Ruidoso is about an hour away taking hwy 244. It offers additional mountain biking/hiking and down town shopping! There are also the horse races in the summer months. Ruidoso is always a fun, busy place to go explore for a day!
