Food Scene

AWESOME! Innovative cooking, local-Chef owned. Sego features small, shareable plates and great cocktails. Awarded 2018's Best New Concept Restaurant by the Utah Restaurant Assoc. I love their specials! Try the Watermelon Pork Belly or the Thai-style Street Tofu! The Grilled Caesar Salad is a game changer with a FRIED soft boiled egg... must taste to believe.

Are you in Utah or on Mars? The red cliffs eventually erode into the most amazing Coral Pink Sand. You have to see it to believe it! Traveler advice

What to pack

Water & Layers

Bring more water than you expect to drink (even in the winter months). This is high elevation desert, both the elevation and the climate can sneak up on you. Bring water, drink water before you go, and have an extra stash of water in your car. Layers- the temperature can shift incredibly quickly. In the winter, nights are cold and days can be either warm or cold. In the summer, it's often easier to escape the sun under thin layers and brimmed hats than apply sunscreen constantly. Do both! Be safe!
Customs and culture

Keep Wildlife WILD

Do not feed animals. They're accustomed to it in the national parks, and hey- I get it- they're so cute! It's important to minimize our impact on their habitat and let them find their own food naturally, as they've done forever.
