From 1683 to 1923, 30 statues of saints were carved to decorate the bridge. The most famous statue is the statue of St John of Nepomuk. Search online the short movie made based of the Jan Nepomucky legend . The bridge is 515,76 m long.

This medieval astronomical clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest clock still operating.
