If you are doing the Skellig ring, make sure to include a stop off the Skelligs chocolates, they do a tasting for free and have a great little coffee shop overlooking St Finian's bay.

Possibly the best horse riding centre in Ireland. Carloine has some great horses and offers a novice ride along the beach and (fpr the wxperiemced rider) a fantastic riders ride, wnding with a gLlop on derryname sandy beaxh (depwnds on tide)
