Just a few blocks away these guys take coffee seriously. Great baristas, a good place ot plug in your laptop or read a magazine. There is a taco truck parked out front with authentic Mexican tacos. Be sure to ask for the red tortillas which are a custom in Monterrey, Mexico where the owners are from.

This is a historic building that housed a famous LGBT nightclub before being turn into the shop it is now. Their biscuits are amazing, and the Vietnamese breakfast is delicious. Oh, and the coffee is on point too!
