The best is to use the car, alternatively local buses.
It is a tourist area but not with mass tourism. It is still very little known and hidden. Therefore it's easy to go around by car but also local buses or taxis. It is an area well known for skiing in the Winter and for single, family, group, trekking, sightseeing and relaxing holiday in Summer, Spring and Autumn.
