Neighbourhoods

The east end of Koroit Street is surprisingly quiet considering its close proximity to the CBD, only 1 block away. This is mainly due to a T intersection at the east end, so we have little through traffic. Our neighbors are all really nice people, and include youth, young families and the retired and elderly. Its a great mix. If you stand out the front for more than a few minutes one of the surrounding neighbors is likely to come past and stop for a chat. Local knowledge is everything and they have been great at giving us some tips in where to go.

A great spot for brunch, try their salads and add an egg or bacon, makes the perfect meal any time of the day. Coffee is good, especially their iced coffee. Super friendly staff and great vibe.

This is the most wonderful place to enjoy the best of Warrnambools beach fun. Paddle in the Merri River mouth, splash around in Stingray Bay, and look out to the great southern ocean.
