Traveler advice

Getting around

Grocery shopping is limited

There is a Dollar General store which has a few basics but usually not fresh fruit, vegetables, etc. From April through Oct., the Farmers and Artisan market is open on Saturdays from 9 - 12. It's located on Tavern St., across from the Workingman's Institute.
Getting around

Golf Cars and bikes are the norm!

Golf cars can be rented at The New Harmony Inn and the Atheneum Visitors Center. You must have a valid drivers license and follow traffic guidelines. They're great for running around town and especially for traveling the trails along the Wabash River.
