If you are an off road adventure seeker than this route is perfect for you. Also known as the ‘ladder route’ in Gamkaskloof. This is a narrow, isolated valley in the Swartberg mountain range. With a drop of 579m over 37km gravel road that takes up to 3 hours to complete. Recommend to travel with a 4x4 vehicle although many tourists has traveled this route with small cars.
