Time has preserved Great Captain’s Island, the largest of the chain of three islands off the coast of Greenwich, in its natural state. It is an ideal opportunity to see the diverse bird species in our area, as well as the beautiful lighthouse on the island. The town offers ferry service to both islands in the summer months.
