Part of the Condado Beach is located steps from our place and the larger beach is walking distance. Guest can enjoy the beach in front of the apartment that is very safe since its part of the Condado Plaza Hotel and there is always security from the hotel. Also they can rent beach chairs and umbrellas (Pirces range from $5-$15).
