This is a great place to eat! The food is fabulous and they have a 7 day a week Happy Hour!!! from 3-6 Also, the weekend brunch menu is definitely a favorite.
Ambiance is modern and very nice.

Great authentic Mexican food. This is "hole in the wall" superb. They've remodeled through the years and is not really a hole in the wall anymore, but the food has stayed the same.
Personally I do not often recommend Mexican restaurants because of how hard it is to get homestyle Mexican, if not in my home, but this place delivers. Also be sure to check out their desserts! Excellent 👌.

If you like beer you definitely have to come to this place. Lots of beers on tap to choose from AND you can even have them can a beer for you - Which is just cool to watch anyway!

Although it's just a little drive out of town it's definitely a place to visit for wine tasting and woodfire pizzas. Maybe check for availability before going out as it is a choice spot for Weddings and such.

Sightseeing
San Angelo has made great effort to make the river walk a beautiful place for leisure time. You can walk, bike, fish, and just relax along the way. There are benches and fountains everywhere. A special treat is the art you see along the way. My suggestion is to take a walk around sunset... absolutely gorgeous!

Such a pretty place to walk. The waterlilys are pretty to look at and so very interesting to see the different types. It's a nice place to just sit and enjoy - weather willing. The morning is best for these because that's when a lot of the lily's flowers are unfolded.

Mmmmm ice cream!!! This is wonderfully delicious ice cream and after walking around downtown this is an absolute treat to stop at and enjoy.
