It is also a place where Chef/Owner Jesse creates amazing food that rivals anything you'll find in more cosmopolitan areas. Friday and Saturday nights are the time to visit if you'd like to sample Jesse's weekly specials.

The 1.1 million acre Colville National Forest has something for every outdoor enthusiast. Spread out over the Northeast Washington area, all of the forest is accessible within only a couple hour drive from the cabin. Chewelah is considered the Gateway to the Colville, with the forest stretching north, east and south of town.
