Take a lovely drive to Oribi Gorge and enjoy the excitement of the Zip Line. At Lake Eland Game Reserve. This is a day trip as the Zip line is long and great fun. Gates open at 7:00am and close at 17:00 Zip Lining from 8 - 14:30.
Zip line consists of 14 slides (4.5 klm)
There is a Tea Garden for meals and snacks. Well worth a fun day out.

Birders: - Nkomba Conservation area or Umdoni Park covers area 206 ha. boasting a species list standing at 245 makes it an excellent day visit for any birder. One can expect to see at least 50 species in a visit without too much effort. Winter is a good time to visit as birds appear to use the forest as a refuge, and numbers of species in a visit are often higher or on a par with summer visits (which are boosted by migrants). Winter also sees some migrants including Spotted Ground-Thrush, White-starred Robin, and Yellow-throated Woodland-Warbler
You may see some buck, monkeys and other small game too.

Next door there is a bottle store for all your alcoholic and other drinks. A chemist is in the same building. There is also a small restaurant and the Post Office.
