Arts & Culture

At the top of Hampstead Heath you have the 17th century villa, Kenwood House. Here you can get tea, coffee and something to eat in the Buttery. There is also free entry to the house where there is a remarkable collection of art, including a late Rembrandt self-portrait, Constable, and a Vermeer, amongst others. The film 'Belle' was about the mixed race illegitimate girl who was brought up here by her uncle; a remarkable story.
