Because chef Jesse Ito is hosting the best chefs table of a sushi bar in philly. Zama, Morimoto, Double knot could all learn a thing or three about cutting fish into small pieces from these folks. since the back room is all booked you'll probably have to make due in the front, order the chirashizushi and be startled at the fish protein/dollar ratio. The adult slushies, are top notch
