This supermarket is located directly across the street. You can literally see it out the window! It is stocked with fresh produce, icluding organic products, deli, meats, poultry, fish, baked goods, cleaning supplies, paper goods, frozen foods, dairy product. Pretty much anything you could possibly need. The prices are quite good. They have great sales, so check out the printed sale sheet in the store. The cashiers and managersThere is a Trader Joe's on Court Street and Atlantic Avenue (but it gets crowded and sometimes has long lines).

Shopping

Walk four blocks from the apartment, cross Court Street and walk along Fulton Mall. There is excellent shopping along Fulton Street including Macy's, Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, TJ Maxx, H&M, Old Navy and many more. Once you reach City Point (a new mall at Fulton and Flatbush) the shopping gets even better with Century 21, Target and trendy fun boutiques with unique gift items. There is also a food court, Trader Joe's and tenplex movie theater in the City Point mall. If your arms are full and you can't walk back, Uber or a green NYC taxi are readily available for about $5-7.
