Parks & Nature

Really beautiful walk along the River Teign and the Fingle Bridge Inn does reasonable food and teas, coffees, etc. Near Castle Drogo, in fact you can walk up to it, if you are brave! It's very steep!

Fascinating insight into the history of Dartmoor life from the Bronze Age onwards, it's people, geology, farming and other industries. There's a cafe in the courtyard and plenty of other shops and restaurants in Okehampton.
