Getting around
Buses often faster than metro
In recent years, unless you need to travel long distances, then buses are often faster than the metro. If you want to get to the metro you would need to take a Wisconsin bus northbound to Tenleytown, Metro, or a Massachusetts bus south to Dupont Circle. Both stops are on the red line. In many cases it is much quicker (i.e., less frustrating) to simply walk to a metro stop. You can also take the D2 bus that runs through Glover Park, but it can be exceptionally slow.
