Best is by renting a car or by booking cabs with mobile apps
Best way to move around the island is by renting a car altough it might get a bit crazy on the maltese roads.
Downoading ecabs or bolt Apps on your smart phone is another easy way, you can order a cab and in less then 5min it will be there and is not very expensive.
One can also choose to travel by Bus if not in a hurry :-p
