Xtreme Tours

Moabs most sought out 4x4 Tour, 5 stars on trip advisor. HIGHLY recommended for all ages and adventure levels! Hells Revenge Tours U-Drive Tours National Park Tours Air Tours Jet boat and Rafting Tours They have everything and are super friendly, you may even get a "Downtown Inn Moab" discount if you ask (before booking)!
Traveling with kids

Kids

Moab is lacking Kid stuff. There is a fun sand hill to play at just across from the Arches National Park Entrance. Moab Aquatic center has a fun outdoor pool in the summer. Kens Lake is a great watering hole for summer fun too! Grab a paddle board rental from the Moab Reservation Center and head over to the lake for a day to cool off. The Dinosaur Museum is cool! It is located North of Moab by HWY 313.
What to pack

What to pack

Don't forget a swimsuit!! If you do any water tours in Moab, they do not let you wear flip flops - Keens or Chacos are preferred. (sandals with front and back straps to secure your feet better) Sunscreen, chapstick, big ole water bottles .. it's very dry in Moab.
Don't miss

Highway 128

"River Road" splits just North of downtown Moab and will take you all the way through Cisco towards I70, Colorado. This is a great one way drive if you are leaving Moab towards Colorado. If you aren't you can just go drive and turn around and come back. Highway 128 is rated the 2nd most scenic drive in America, compared to Californias Highway 1. - Rated by National Geographic. You can make it a loop by going down 128, and up the LaSal Loop Road, back to town. Famous Movie backdrops everywhere!! Make sure to stop at Red Cliffs Lodge for a free Movie Museum of all the movies filmed here!

Transportation

Well, you made it to Moab, so I'm assuming you have a vehicle. BUT in the event that you do not - your downtown... PHEW. Ubers or Lyft are not common in Moab, nor very dependable. Some tour companies offer pick-ups for most tours. There are car rentals in Moab, we recommend renting a car for your stay.
