Loon's nest is small restaurant in the historic logging community of Fife Lake. They bake their own breads including great raisin and cinnamon toast! Great place to have a old fashion breakfast served with a smile.

The Food Factory is located in the idyllic town of Lake City on the shores of Lake Missuakee. This restaurant has excellent food, a bar and plenty of outside summertime seating with a view of the lake. I you are into Ice Cream there is great landmark walk up to the window shop just across the street. Enjoy!

A two hour drive north from Duncan Pines will get you to Mackinaw City, where you can catch a ferry ride to Mackinaw Island to enjoy a day taking in the sights of the beautiful era of horse drawn carriages and magnificent grand homes from a bicycle or by walking along the streets where no motor vehicles are allowed. I must see tourist destination where you can become a real Fudgy! Mackinaw Island is known for its many fudge shops.
