What to pack
Always be drinking water to hydrate
When temperatures are above 100 in Phx it is best to not hike the city trails. If you are going out wear sunscreen, hat and bring water. Do not take the heat lightly. Everyone is dehydrated when in the desert... so drink water or an electrolyte drink early and often.
