my most visited spot, beach, food and pubs all together

Little Haven is part of the bigger St Brides Bay, because of this, the sea is often warmer than beaches further up the coast at St David's. It had a car park nearby and it is only a small village it has three great pubs, offering a wide selection of beers and a variety of reasonably priced foods. The 'lobster and mor' take away seafood bar, also did great sandwiches. When the tide is in its a cosy inlet, when it's out, you can walk to the next two beaches, one which is only accessible when the tide is out. Only 12 minutes drive from the house.

beaches

Next beach along from Littlehaven to the south. 20 minute drive. Usually only a few people here. Beautiful low part of the coastline, no high cliffs, 3 minutes walk from free parking, next to a super old church. pebbles and rocks. Great for swimming at low tide and snorkeling along the edges of the coast. My mum's favourite.

On the edge of St Davids is White sands, great surf beach, big waves, life guards patrol the beach, parking nearby but about £5 for any length of time. Cafe in the car park with nice coffee. Fun beautiful long beach. 20 minutes walk to the right along the coastal path, you will find a small secluded beach with pebbles at the top, then sand and the beautiful turquoise sea. this area tends to be colder than those in St Brides Bay due to deeper sea nearby. To the left of the beach when the tide is out you can find deep caves you can explore. This beach is one of my favourites.

Lasts really well as toast as it gets older, and sour dough brownies! tiny come made delicacies counter with crab and chili arranccini, and smoked haddock and leek fish cakes. very different veg available and meat from ciglodor farm, all fabulous! Great seafood, there are more seafood places there in Solva too . It seems to be the place for it. The shop on the way out of Solva, on way to St Davids, at the top of the hill also sells great sour dough bread and fresh milk out of a refill machine, which is a bit of a laugh and yeyars extra special. They also sell fresh crab until they run out.

Big menu, pretty good Chinese. looks a bit shabby but has high hygiene rating and is actually really good as British style chineses go.
