A fun way to experience a wine tasting crafted and aged at over 10,000' altitude and support local businesses! From doing so, they said it "minimizes oxygen exposure and allows the true flavors of the fruit and land to come through." Although we recommend making reservations (or at least calling ahead), they have bachelor and bachelorette bookings at times and may not have the time you would like for your visit.
They do have two locations, one located in Breckenridge and the other in Fairplay, 10 minutes from our cabin. If you they don't have openings at one location, we would recommend calling the other!

The pond is a successful fishing zone and for a small fee, you can pan for gold! Fun activity for kids and adults. Our toddler loves it, well more so playing with the water and not helping us pan for gold.

Get Outside
Less than 25 minutes away from the cabin. You can go horseback riding and on ATV tours at an authentic western ranch! You know, Yellowstone-ish. One of our favorite TV shows, just a side note. The ranch is fun and different way to experience the high mountain altitude. They accommodate small to large groups, all ages, families, couples, you name it.

About a 30 minute drive from the cabin, it's about a 1.5mile hike. So something that is not toooo long but offer a great way to get outside near the cabin!
