Tropical Trail Rides is HIGHLY recommended for ages 4-80! They will take you truly off the beaten path, and you’ll get a rarely experienced perspective on the north shore and it’s history over the past 100 years. Surfer beach in Aguadilla is a beautiful, windswept and wild spot -- be sure to allow for a couple extra hours to follow the trails to Survivial Beach (which you may have accessed previously on horseback with Tropical Trail Rides!).

is sandy. Good body-surfing, intro surfing, shore-pounding. As with all beaches, use precaution in the winter months or when surf is up. Some bars and restaurants along the strip, good little coffee and sandwich shops, souvenir shops. Many locals live up the hill in Puntas, soit has a neighborhood feel

Park near here for access to the preserve, without the hassle of parking at Steps - incredible tide pools for the kiddos, and better parking options than at Steps Beach -- though you can easily walk to Steps for each snorkel access. You can also snorkel the reef here, and can swim all the way to Steps and walk the beach back.

excellent swimming beach with a sandy bottom, beach rentals, kayaks and SUPs. There is a little reef just to the east (walking /kayaking/swimming back towards the Marina beach) that is worth checking out.
