This is a GREAT "fresh from scratch" BBQ place! They prepare their food fresh each day and once they are sold out they go home so plan ahead on this one--so good! We've ordered a platter of several meats and sides and shared among our group which was perfect.

Activities
The M has been an icon to the University of Montana since 1908 when UM's students created the letter out of white washed rocks. It was later modified from more durable concrete in 1968.
Hikers can hike 3/4 of a mile to the M. The trailhead begins at the UM campus. It is a bit of a steep climb but doable. For more adventurous hikers, the climb continues one more mile to the top of Mount Sentinel.
You can easily see the M from the townhouse terrace which is special.
